Water Report: We have experienced a very wet January. These recent storm systems have brought heavy rain & snow to bring us to above normal percipitation for the year. Impoundments at both Lost Creek on the Rogue & Applegate River Dams are full. We should have plenty of water for rafting this season.

• All government use fees
• All meals
• Lodging at wilderness lodges for trips that apply
• Sleeping bags, pads and tents for trips that apply
• Use of splash jackets and wet suits
• There are no additional charges or taxes to surprise you

Rates/Payments & Policies

Morrison's Rogue River Lodge Overnight Package
This package includes a 4-course gourmet dinner, lodging and a full country breakfast the next morning. Gratuity is also included.

• May 1-June 14                            $115 per person (double occupancy)
• June 15- Sept 1                          $132 per person (double occupancy)

Other Stuff

• Car Shuttle to Foster Bar              Will vary depending on route $75-100
• Cancellation Insurance                  $75 & up per person for $1000 cov.

Discounts
Reservations must be direct in order to qualify for discounts, not through a travel agent.    We offer the following discounts for groups:

• 10% off trip price for full charter groups of the following size
  3-Day Lodge trips 20+ people
  3-Day Camp/Lodge 18+ people
  4-Day Camp trips 18 people, charter groups only

Reservations and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $200 will hold your space on one of our 3 or 4-day trips. If you choose to stay at Morrison's Rogue River Lodge the night before your trip we require an additional deposit of 35% of the total lodging amount. The balance of the trip amount and lodging package are due 60 days prior to trip date.

You can reserve your trip with a deposit over the phone with Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Or we will hold a reservations date for you for 10 days, if you prefer to send us a personal check or money order.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. A substitute party may take your reservation or you may reschedule your trip within the same calendar year on a space available basis. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to all of our raft trip customers.

Rogue River Raft Trips, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous water or weather conditions. In this unlikely circumstance we would refund all payments.

Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend our guests to invest in trip cancellation insurance. We offer cancellation insurance through Travelex Insurance Services.

Trip Cancellation & Interruption pays lost deposits and additional expenses due to unforseeable sickness, injury, or death of you, a family member, traveling companion or traveling companion's family member, or any other unforeseen circumstance except carrier caused delays or cancellation, change of plans, financial circumstances, business or contractual obligations, government regulations, or default by the airline, tour operator or supplier of travel-related services or lodging.

Also covered are medical expenses, accidental death, lost or delayed baggage and medical evacuation.
