Deposits and Policies

All trips include the following:

• Professional, experienced and skilled guides
• The best available rafting equipment, including Coast Guard approved life jackets
• Use of splash jackets & wet suits
• A secure dry box to store your luggage during the time on the water
• A day sized dry bag for items you need access to during the day
• Fabulous meals, from lunch the first day to lunch on the last day
• Lodging at wilderness lodges for trips that apply
• Sleeping bags, Air Landing 3” sleeping pads, ground cloths and tents for trips that apply
• Transportation back to Morrison’s Rogue River Lodge at the end of the trip
• All government use fees
• There are no additional charges or taxes to surprise you
 

Reservations and Deposits

Multi-Day and Specialty Trips

• A non-refundable deposit of $200 will hold your space on one of our 3 or 4-day trips.
• The balance of the trip amount is due 45 days prior to the trip date.

Day Trips

• A 50% deposit will hold your space on one of our day trips.
• The balance of the trip amount is due at check in.

Day Trip Packages

• A 35% deposit will hold your space on one of our day trip packages.
• The balance of the package amount is due at check out.

You may reserve any of the above trips with a deposit over the phone. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. We will also hold a reservations date for you for 10 days, if you prefer to send us a personal check or money order.

Cancellation Policy

Multi-Day and Specialty Trips

• All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• We strongly recommend our guests to invest in trip cancellation insurance. There are many companies that sell this insurance. We recommend Travelex Insurance Services. Our location information is Morrison’s Rogue River Lodge: 37-6034.

Day Trips

• Your deposit, minus a 6% processing fee, is refundable up to 3 days before your scheduled trip. Reservations cancelled within the 3 days will be forfeited.

Day Trip Packages

• Your deposit, minus a 35% processing fee, is refundable up to 45 days before your scheduled package. Reservations cancelled within the 45 days will be forfeited.

A substitute party may take your place on any of the above reservations or you may reschedule your trip within the same calendar year on a space available basis.

Rogue River Raft Trips, Inc reserves the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous water or weather conditions. In this unlikely circumstance we would refund all payments.
